The Do's & Don'ts to Candle Care
Burn Is In Session
Once you trim your wick to a 1/4 inch you're able to begin your burn session.
Depending on how long you like to burn your candles you should at least burn them for 1-2 hours.
A good indicator is once the melted pool of wax reaches the edges of the jar.
Make sure to never burn your candle for more than 4 hours.
Elevate Your Vibe
Before the First Burn
Now that you have your TEN CANDLE CO. candle you are ready to burn. Before you light your candle, trim your wick at least a 1/4 inch. this makes sure that you have a clean and even burn every burn session.
Make sure that you keep the pool of wax clean and free of wick trimmings and any debris, to preserve your candle.
Avoid drafts and currents from windows along with air vents to prevent rapid or uneven burning, shooting of your candle, and excessive dripping.
Post Burn Session
Once you are done with your burn session you can blow out your candle. You can either use a candle snuffer or just simply closing your eyes and gently blowing it out.
Make sure that your candle is free and clear of any wick trimmings and debris, ensuring your next burn is as good as the first.
Once your candle is cool, place the lid back on to preserve all the scents and oils within it.
