At Ten Candle Co., our products are hand-packed and carefully inspected before they are shipped. If you have received a product that was damaged during transit, please contact us at email@example.com and we will replace it with the same item.
Simply email photographic proof of the damaged product and add your order number within 7 days of delivery and we will ship you a replacement right away.
