Returns & Shipping

At Ten Candle Co., our products are hand-packed and carefully inspected before they are shipped. If you have received a product that was damaged during transit, please contact us at contact@tencandleco.com and we will replace it with the same item. 

 

Simply email photographic proof of the damaged product and add your order number within 7 days of delivery and we will ship you a replacement right away. 

 

 At this time, we cannot accept exchanges or returns. Thank you for your understanding!
