Returns & Shipping

At Ten Candle Co., our products are hand-packed and carefully inspected before they are shipped. If you have received a product that was damaged during transit, please contact us at and we will replace it with the same item. 


Simply email photographic proof of the damaged product and add your order number within 7 days of delivery and we will ship you a replacement right away. 


 At this time, we cannot accept exchanges or returns. Thank you for your understanding!
